The TSPC Riding School has a 12-hour cancellation policy for lessons.  What this means is that any cancellation made less than 12-hours prior to the lesson time will be considered as a late cancellation and the lesson will be considered taken.

While we appreciate the need for changes, we hope that riders also appreciate that late night messages cannot be taken as notice of cancellation if it is for a lesson scheduled for the next morning.  It affect instructors, horse allocations and groom’s work schedules.   For this reason, we ask that riders please, to give us at least 12 hours notice of cancellation.
