Dear Riding School and Polo School students,

As we start operations again, this is our yearly announcement of our price list which is updated each September. It comes into effect immediately.

There are no changes that affect anyone yet, as the only changes we are making is to the cost of rental of polo ponies for club chukkas, which will go up by RM30 when we finally get to play.

Also, from now on, stick and ball rentals will cost the same as a private ride. If the field is not open for stick and ball, the horse will still be booked for you to ride. Conversely, if you are booked for ride and find you want to stick and ball, it is possible and there is no administrative change.

Most of the polo ponies were stick and balled last week, and we look forward to conducting more polo lessons. We are allowed to teach private lessons only to those fully vaccinated.

(FYI the club does not allow the use of the wooden horse yet.)

As you all know, KL Academy of Polo’s activities have been hit hard since the beginning of the pandemic. In addition, feed costs went up this year, and look like they will rise further. We will try to hold our prices down as long as we can.
