Safety is of paramount importance to KL Academy of Polo, both on an off a horse. The well-being of our riders and staff is of utmost importance at this time.
Therefore, Covid-19 preparedness and response will be implemented per the advice of the health authorities.
We will be disinfecting our main surfaces, door knobs and equipment on a regular basis.
Riders and everyone entering the riding school office are encouraged to use the provided hand sanitizers.
Our staff and instructors will have their temperatures checked twice daily at the start of shifts.
Riders will be temperature checked before your lessons. We will be keeping records of all persons riding with us, and all people who enter the Riding School office.
NOT FEELING WELL?
WE WILL RETURN YOUR CREDIT
If you are unwell, please stay home! Do not worry about losing your credits. We’ll be happy to return credits to anyone who needs to cancel a class last minute if you are sick. You will not be charged. There is no penalty for missing lessons if you are running a fever.
Please email us at admin@klacademyofpolo.com with your cancellation requests. Requests can be made by email only and must be sent before the class takes place.
REMINDERS
Avoid close contact with people who are unwell and try your best to avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth while you are out. If you really need to – disinfect your hands first!
Remember to cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, dispose of the tissue immediately and disinfect your hands.
Wash your hands more extensively and more often by using soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Particularly important times are: after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Hand sanitizers are your next best bet if soap and water is unavailable!
Anyone who has recently travelled to a high risk location should take precaution and stay at home for at least two weeks before attending classes again.
Thank you for your cooperation. We hope that everyone will stay healthy and be safe.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Abisheganaden
Managing Director
